JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Analysis & Reporting Specialist within Global Workforce Screening to support background checks and the screening workflow in the U.S.

The role analyzes evidence, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, and delivers consistent decision-making for hires and staff. It involves collaborating with Human Resources and internal stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and contributing to management reports.

Formación

• 4 years work experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Ability to evaluate options and make informed choices based on overarching principles or guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Alteryx.
• Understanding end to end case management and vendor oversight.
• Ability to manage case load within Service Level Agreement and identify potential escalations.
• Possess skills to manage and resolve data related issues.
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review complex work and make decisions based on evidence and criteria.
• Manage fingerprint subscriptions and partner with internal stakeholders.
• Document investigations and prepare management reports.
• Independently review & analyze data to assess validity and compliance with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of automated processes supporting workflow.
• Subject matter expert in screening lifecycle including vendor initiation and case management.
• Provide vendor oversight and escalate when needed.
• Draft requirements for technology improvements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform with limited supervision.
• Apply methods and procedures to process cases and share improvement ideas.
• Exercise sound judgement and protect our company, clients and customers.
