Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate options and make informed choices based on overarching principles or guidelines.
• Ability to leverage advanced analytical tools and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency of processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office & Alteryx.
• Ability to understand third party case initiation, technology and operational workflows including end-to-end case management, providing vendor oversight & when to elevate.
• Ability to manage case load within Service Level Agreement and identify potential escalations.
• Possess skills to manage and resolve data related issues.
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate initiative to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision.
• Quickly learn and understand US regulations, criminal justice system and US credit reports.

Responsibilities

• Review complex work and make decisions based on evidence and criteria.
• Manage fingerprint subscriptions and engage hires for additional information as needed.
• Maintain documentation of investigations and prepare management reports.
• Independently review and analyze data for policy compliance.
• Support automated processes that back workflow operations.
• Serve as SME in screening lifecycle, automation, and case management.
• Provide vendor oversight and escalate when necessary.
• Draft requirements for technology improvements and operational use cases.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, perform with high standards.
