Core & Main is seeking a National Accounts Manager to oversee PVF, plumbing and waterworks distributors across a nationwide territory. This exempt sales role offers a competitive base salary plus commissions, plus a company vehicle and full benefits.

Travel is required, with a focus on large distributors and specification-driven sales strategies. Responsibilities include distributor support, training, bid opportunities, warranty/claims handling, and monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years outside sales experience in PVF, Plumbing or water distribution.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Ability to travel ~50% of schedule (3-4 days/week with one office day).
• Ability to cover large geographical sales territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Call on PVF, Plumbing and Waterworks distributors to promote new and existing product lines and develop favorable specification position.
• Provide complete service to established distributor network including quotations, product training, technical and literary support, product complaints, inventory maintenance, and delivery issues.
• Perform product training for distributors to promote advantages of offered products and enhance specification position.
• Establish sales goals and specification objectives to meet company sales budget.
• Identify significant bid opportunities and provide complete project information, including price strategy.
• Provide after sale service support, including warranty and claims management.
• Actively participate in trade organizations to promote offered products
• Provide leadership with monthly sales forecast and market overview.
