The role includes significant travel and leadership responsibilities. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and CAM/ARM certification, with extensive experience in housing management and budgeting to drive NOI and gas stations?

Qualifications

• Experience in housing/property management operations.
• Understanding of fair housing laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to manage on-site software functions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, admin & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing laws.
• Travel 25–50% of time for property visits, conferences, and training.
