Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple housing communities, managing staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk. You will ensure policy compliance, safety and fair housing guidelines while driving performance and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience in property management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% to sites as needed. A CAM/ARM or related credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience in housing industry preferred; CAM/ARM credentials are a plus.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management.
• Guide staff development, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecast financial performance.
• Monitor rent collection, vendor invoices and capital improvements.
• Lead strategic leasing, marketing plans and resident retention programs.
