Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple housing communities nationwide. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines. Travel 25–50% is required, with a focus on cost control and revenue optimization.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent housing experience), CAM/ARM preferred, and solid computer skills to leverage on-site software for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines; supervise staff and HR interactions.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and provide monthly income/expense evaluations.
• Promote cost control, revenue/leasing improvements, and capital improvements for sites.
• Lead strategic leasing management, marketing plans, and resident retention programs.
