Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk management. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance across multiple properties.

The role requires experience in housing management, CAM/ARM certifications preferred, and strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills. Travel is expected for property visits and conferences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand on-site software functions

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff using consistent techniques and company directives.
• Ensure staff training, coaching, and performance counseling in line with corporate benchmarks.
• Approve salary increase requests and coordinate with Regional VP and HR as needed.
• Ensure timely timesheets, vacation, sick time, and proper signatures.
• Promote staff harmony and quality performance while ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop yearly marketing and leasing strategies; manage resident retention programs.
• Oversee administrative and leasing reporting; monitor property emergencies and vendor invoices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry
