Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of assigned neighborhoods, guiding Neighborhood Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Service Technicians to meet budgeted goals and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will ensure compliance with FHA/ADA and other fair housing laws, manage payroll and financial reporting, and collaborate with the VP of Property Operations to drive growth while representing the Redwood brand.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of multi-site management preferred.
• PM software experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned neighborhoods to achieve budgeted goals.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly reporting.
• Approve payables within guidelines and manage capital projects with vendors.
