Job summary

Redwood Living seeks an Assistant Neighborhood Manager to oversee a Redwood Apartment Neighborhood. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive leasing, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and support high renewal rates and occupancy.

The role involves sales, customer service, and fiscal oversight with collaboration across on-site teams and management. 1 year leasing/management experience and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of management or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and show model/neighborhood, promoting the Redwood brand.
• Comply with leasing/resident agreements and complete lease paperwork.
• Source off-site leads by marketing to local businesses and relationships.
• Develop sales strategies and close lease deals for apartment homes.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials and pricing; notify stakeholders of adjustments.
• Monitor local market conditions and contribute ideas to improve resident satisfaction.
• Conduct external outreach at nearby businesses and organizations as needed.
• Prepare weekly reports and resident communications.
