Job summary

Redwood Living is seeking a Regional Manager to lead assigned neighborhoods, support Neighborhood Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Service Technicians, and ensure policy compliance while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

The role requires managing budgets, coordinating capital projects, and maintaining strong vendor and partner relationships across multiple sites. Travel is expected within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 3 years of multi-site management preferred.
• Experience with PM software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and manage assigned neighborhoods to meet budgeted goals.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate capital projects with vendors and ensure contractual compliance.
• Emergency on-call management and 24/7 on-site support.
• Hire, coach, review and manage site staff; performance appraisals.
• Oversee contracting for maintenance, housekeeping, leasing and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with FHA, ADA and fair housing laws.
• Prepare neighborhood budgets and financial statements; report occupancy and lease status.
• Travel within region and to headquarters as needed.
