Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations for multiple properties, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive P&L performance. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, vendor contracts, and monthly reporting, working with property leadership to deliver a superior resident and owner experience.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in property management, strong leadership, budget management, HUD/loan process knowledge, and proficiency with Yardi or similar

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in property management required.
• 3–5 years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with HUD or loan assistance preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L, GL, budgeting and reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency processes.
• Create strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Prepare annual budgets, P&L statements, GL entries and owner reports.
• Ensure compliance with the Property Management Agreement and safety protocols.
