Valiant Residential is seeking a Regional Community Supervisor to oversee operations, budget, and resident experience across multiple high-end multifamily communities in Dallas and surrounding regions. This leadership role requires strategic oversight and hands-on mentorship of on-site teams.

Based in Dallas, TX, the role travels regionally to properties in Dallas, TX and Colorado, with a focus on occupancy, revenue, compliance, and exceptional resident relations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing A to A+ class properties and luxury residential communities.
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy, revenue, and budget targets.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee daily property operations, managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures.
• Conduct regular property inspections for maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management including maintenance and capital improvements.
