Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop budgets, monitor income/expense, and ensure financial reporting.
• Lead leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives.
• Oversee administrative and maintenance operations, ensuring timely service and safety compliance.
• Travel approximately 25–50% to property sites and meetings.
