Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple property managers required.
• Regional travel is required.
• Multisite regional property management experience required.

• Knowledge of property maintenance, marketing, financial management, and housing laws.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and coordinates communication among on-site management and Central Office.
• Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and terminates staff; performs evaluations.
• Monitors marketing activities; reviews occupancy status; recommends rent schedules.
• Reviews audits of property operations for policy compliance; approves exceptions.
• Resolves resident relations issues professionally.
• Inspects properties and evaluates maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets; monitors budget performance.
• Reviews expenditures and negotiates contracts.
• Develops and updates property management forms and reports.
• Coordinates staffing for new communities per company guidelines.
• Acts as liaison between Owner/Owner’s Representative and Drucker + Falk.
• Participates in local/regional trade associations.
• Out-of-state travel is required; reliable transportation is needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
