• Proven regional property management experience.
• Experience managing multiple property managers.

• Familiarity with insurance requirements and regulatory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Establishes and coordinates communication among on-site management and Central Office.
• Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and terminates supervised staff per policy; evaluates performance.
• Monitors marketing activities; reviews occupancy status; recommends rent schedules.
• Reviews/audits property admin, accounting, and maintenance for policy compliance.
• Resolves resident relations issues professionally.
• Inspects properties to maintain high standards; evaluates maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Develops or assists in annual operating and capital budgets; monitors budget performance.
• Reviews expenditures within budget; negotiates contracts where applicable.
• Updates property management forms, reports, and manuals with supervisor approval.
• Coordinates staffing and office setup for new communities as per guidelines.
