Bedrock Property Management is hiring a Regional Manager in Durham, NC to oversee site operations, guide Community Directors, and drive performance across multiple asset classes.

The role requires 5–10 years of multifamily management, CPM preferred, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and up to 25% travel. You will lead with ownership mindset and deliver solid financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years multifamily, multi-location property management experience, CPM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate/management/finance or related field or 10 years of multi-location management experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Directors and vendor relations across properties.
• Manage leasing and financial performance to meet portfolio goals.
• Provide financial reporting to leadership and owners and track results.
