Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of regional-level property management experience.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the asset management team to prepare budgets and re-forecasts.
• Ensure timely completion of budgeted capital improvements within budget.
• Minimize delinquencies and work to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Review rent increase proposals and ensure proper notice per regulations.
• Maintain facilities to company standards and guest/resident satisfaction.
• Train staff to foster good guest and resident relations and program events.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure residents comply with community rules and maintain landscaping.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and build a collaborative team environment for sales and operations.
