The role emphasizes mentoring staff, shaping community action plans, maintaining budgets, monitoring market conditions, resolving resident concerns, and upholding risk management and safety standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience as a Regional or District Property Manager.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications preferred.
• Experience supervising a large team.
• Experience creating and maintaining budgets.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, hire, and supervise all team members in the portfolio.
• Lead and manage individual community action plans to include compliance goals, marketing positioning, staff development, asset quality, and financial goals.
• Compose and review all property budgets and purchase orders to adhere to the expense budget.
• Review and monitor market conditions, conduct regular market surveys.
• Respond to escalated resident concerns and assist with resolution.
• Maintain responsibility for property risk management, safety standards, and employee and resident liability.

Essential Functions for Regional Property Manager:

• Ability to lead and manage individual community action plans to include compliance goals, marketing positioning, staff development, asset quality, and financial goals
• Compose and review all property budgets and purchase orders to adhere to the expense budget
