Responsabilités

• Oversee the management of a portfolio of properties
• Supervise on-site staff including hiring and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate with Site Managers on marketing and leasing strategies
• Train and motivate staff for excellent customer service
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures
• Handle tenant complaints and inspections
• Prepare budgets and related reporting
• Maintain property management records
