Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in the industry.
• Expert knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance.
• Strong budget planning for a large portfolio and proven ability to lead teams.
• Willing to travel 4 days per week within the region.
• Experience supervising property managers and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement property management strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Travel to regional sites at least four days per week.
• Hire, train and supervise property managers and maintenance staff.
• Perform performance appraisals for property management personnel.
• Oversee finances, budgets, and forecasting for each property.
