Job summary

WMFHA seeks an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee operation and maintenance of Market, Section 8, HOME, FDIC Bond and LIHTC properties within the assigned region. Frequent travel is required; candidates will work with minimal supervision and lead multiple property managers.

The role focuses on enforcing company policies, reviewing budgets, ensuring occupancy targets, safety, and regulatory compliance, and driving efficiency and profitability across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of Market, Section 8, HOME, FDIC Bond and LIHTC properties within the region.
• Travel frequently to properties and supervise multiple site managers.
• Administer company policies related to property management, marketing, safety and maintenance.
• Review budgets and assist property managers in preparing approved budgets for properties.
• Ensure budgets are implemented and followed to promote efficiency and profitability.
• Implement policy changes based on capacity studies and market needs.
