Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties in the Greater Savannah and coastal region. The role requires LIHTC and Section 8 expertise, plus experience managing multiple properties and coordinating on-site teams.

The Regional Manager will travel within the region at least four days per week, lead property managers, manage budgets and compliance, and drive occupancy through leasing and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have expert knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance.
• Experience managing multiple properties in affordable housing.
• Willing to travel regionally for at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain property management strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Travel to sites within region at least 4 days a week.
• Hire, train and supervise property managers and maintenance staff.
• Oversee finances, budgets, and forecasting for properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Lead leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
