Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee LIHTC communities in the DFW area. You will lead site teams, manage operations, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and tax-credit procedures.

We require 5+ years in property management with regional or director experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in property management with recent regional/director experience.
• Strong experience with market-rate communities.
• Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios of LIHTC communities and oversee ops to meet financial targets.
• Review budgets, asset plans, and rent collections; monitor performance.
• Recruit, hire and develop Community Managers and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
