Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee LIHTC communities in the DFW area. You will lead a team, drive operational and financial performance, enforce policy, and collaborate with the Regional VP of Property Management to execute asset plans.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in property management at a regional level, strong knowledge of LIHTC and related regulations, and proficiency with YARDI and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management, with recent Regional Property Manager or Director-level experience.
• Experience managing market-rate communities.
• Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, and IRS Section 42 LIHTC program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diversified portfolio of LIHTC communities to meet financial targets.
• Lead hires, supervise community managers and maintenance staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and property plans with Community Managers.
• Monitor occupancy, income, and collections; manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and timely reporting.
