Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee a LIHTC portfolio in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Under the guidance of the Regional Property Manager or Regional VP, you will lead property teams and manage operations, budgets, and performance across multiple communities in development, construction and lease-up phases.

You’ll supervise staff, ensure lease-up targets, optimize occupancy and rent collections, and maintain compliance with LIHTC and housing laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years property management experience.
• Experience with LIHTC or affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with YARDI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all community operations to achieve financial and occupancy targets.
• Monitor budgets, variances, and asset plans; coordinate with property staff.
• Recruit, hire and train Community Managers and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and housing laws across portfolios.
• Prepare annual budgets and property plans; review financials with managers.
