Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee LIHTC communities in the DFW area. You will lead property teams, monitor financial and operational performance, and ensure compliance with applicable housing programs and regulations.

Under the direction of the Regional VP, you will drive budgets, asset plans, and occupancy targets while coordinating with Marketing, Compliance, Accounting, IT and HR. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in property management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management, with recent experience in a Regional Property Manager or Director role.
• Strong knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program and related occupancy standards.
• Experience working with market-rate communities.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage all communities to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Provide feedback on capital needs and asset plans; complete items as required.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct annual reviews.
