Job summary

The NRP Group in Irving, Texas is seeking a District Manager to oversee a segment of our LIHTC portfolio across development, construction, and lease-up phases. You will lead property teams and drive operations to meet financial targets.

Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, you will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with applicable laws, while mentoring staff and maintaining high occupancy. This role offers growth and competitive benefits across the DFW area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience with recent experience as Community Manager or Director.
• Strong experience with market-rate communities and knowledge of LIHTC, Fair Housing, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of properties in various development and lease-up phases.
• Lead employees and manage operations to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Monitor financials, budgets, compliance, and performance; conduct annual reviews.
