Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a Texas-based portfolio (Austin/Ft. Worth/Dallas).

You will drive operations, financial performance, and compliance across LIHTC and affordable housing communities, managing on-site teams and ensuring portfolio alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards. The role requires travel across Texas, collaboration with development, construction, and accounting teams, and a focus on occupancy growth and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience, including on-site decision-making.
• Section 42 LIHTC experience required.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• Strong ability to read, write, and interpret business publications, procedures, and government regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software such as Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations to achieve strategic goals and budget objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage property personnel, including performance management and development.
• Provide direction and support to Team Leaders to maximize portfolio performance.
• Provide relief management support to on-site offices as needed.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws and LIHTC requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Develop annual regional budgets and monitor performance to budget.
• Coordinate site visits and cross-functional collaboration with development, construction, and accounting teams.
• Create marketing plans to support occupancy, leasing, and revenue goals.
