Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee LIHTC communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will direct property operations, manage staff, and ensure financial performance across a portfolio from development through lease-up.

You will lead budgeting, vendor management, and compliance with applicable regulations. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in property management, strong knowledge of LIHTC and market-rate properties, and proficiency in YARDI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of property management experience, with recent Regional Property Manager or Director level responsibility.
• Strong experience with market-rate communities and LIHTC programs.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, IRS Section 42 LIHTC guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and YARDI software; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all communities to hit financial and operating targets.
• Provide feedback on capital needs and asset plan items; complete items as required.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions to improve portfolio results.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and set clear expectations with staff.
• Coordinate trainings and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
