Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several properties in the San Francisco area. The role focuses on maximizing resident satisfaction, lease administration, and financial performance in alignment with Avenue5 standards.

You will lead a team of associates, mentor staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate with management to implement strategic marketing and renewals across properties.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of property management experience.
• Three to five years of direct management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system.
• Real estate license as required by state or local law.
• Understanding HUD and/or loan assistance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of multiple properties, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, and property P&L.
• Ensures a high level of client and resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Creates strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents in coordination with the marketing team.
• Manages annual budgets, general ledger, and reporting for property owners and leadership.
• Ensures adherence to property management agreements and operational guidelines.
• Inspects properties regularly to maintain curb appeal and operational excellence.
• Responds to escalated resident issues and coordinates with the corporate office on policies.
