Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple multifamily properties in the San Francisco area. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage lease administration and budgets, and lead a team of associates within the property leadership group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-property operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties and ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents in collaboration with marketing.
