Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Director to oversee multi-site property operations across assigned markets. You will manage budgets, analyze performance, lead property teams, and partner with owners to maximize occupancy and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record in residential property management. You will coordinate vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and drive client satisfaction while maintaining safety and appearance

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in multi-site residential property management preferred.
• CPM/CAM/CAPS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages annual budgets for the portfolio and tracks performance against goals.
• Leads community managers, hires, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Ensures client satisfaction through timely reporting and proactive communication.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and creates strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Oversees vendor contracts, negotiates terms, and manages project progress and costs.
• Ensures properties meet safety, compliance, and appearance standards.
