Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management to oversee the daily operations of multiple properties and guide site teams toward occupancy and budget targets.

Under the VP of Operations, you will mentor staff, implement SOPs, and collaborate across departments on development input and program compliance. Leverage Yardi and strong financial acumen to maximize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proven budgeting and financial management experience.
• Ability to mentor and develop high-performing property teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of housing and affordability programs; lease-ups experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties and achieve occupancy goals.
• Mentor site teams, ensure SOP adherence, and drive staff performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on pre-development input.
• Lead reporting, budgeting, and compliance, including inspections.
• Optimize property performance through training and process improvements.
