RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management to oversee a portfolio of communities. You will develop annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and lead a team of community managers to optimize operations and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong budgeting, financial analysis, and leadership skills, with a focus on client relations and market-driven strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in business, finance, marketing or related field.
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM are preferred.
• Experience in multi-site property management and residential property operations is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for properties in the portfolio and tracks performance against plan.
• Leads and trains property management teams and manages staffing levels.
• Communicates with clients/owners and resolves concerns promptly.
• Reviews market data to identify trends and develops plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Oversees vendor contracts, project coordination, and capital expenditures as needed.
• Completes reports and analyses and ensures regulatory and policy compliance.
