Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties across a designated region. You will lead property management teams, drive financial performance, and ensure tenant satisfaction while aligning with regulatory requirements and company standards.

You will collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and regional support to optimize occupancy, implement risk controls, and drive market intelligence for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Real Estate or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance to meet operational, financial, and business goals.
• Coordinate with property management teams to implement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional support services leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Lead local and national operational initiatives and adoption of revised protocols.
• Oversee budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance and market trends to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
• Implement tenant retention programs to minimize turnover and vacancies.
• Collaborate with leasing teams on marketing strategies and occupancy targets.
• Ensure properties comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and communicate capital needs for property upkeep.
• Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management.
