Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties within a designated region, focusing on performance, profitability, and tenant satisfaction. The role leads property management teams, collaborates with stakeholders, analyzes market trends, and ensures regulatory compliance while optimizing financial returns for owners.

Candidate will manage budgets, prepare reports, implement retention programs, and drive occupancy through coordinated leasing and maintenance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business or Real Estate or related fields.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency in using property management software (Yardi and/or Real Page) to complete reports.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills; knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience.
