Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio within a designated region, leading property management teams and driving profitability. You will coordinate with owners, tenants, and stakeholders to implement effective strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize financial returns.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in property management, proficiency with Yardi/Real Page, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Real Page) and MS Office.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, market trends.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real estate license in specific markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance and profitability across a designated region.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and rent.
• Lead property management teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
