Job summary

Greystar seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities in the designated region. You will lead property management teams, drive performance, optimize financial returns, and ensure high tenant satisfaction.

In this role you will manage budgets, report on property performance and market trends, collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company standards. Strong leadership and real estate expertise required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Real Estate.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi/Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio and communities meet operational and financial goals.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Lead local and national operational initiatives and policy adoption.
• Oversee budgets and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare reports on property performance, finance metrics, and market trends.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with leasing to drive occupancy and marketing strategies.
• Oversee maintenance and regulatory compliance across properties.
