Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi/Real Page) and MS Office.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance and profitability across properties in a designated region.
• Lead property management teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to improve occupancy and financial returns.
• Manage budgets and present regular performance reports to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leasing teams on marketing strategies to optimize occupancy.
