Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• 3 years minimum of relevant leadership experience overseeing multiple properties.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and Real Page) and MS Office.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance to meet operational, financial, and business goals by inspecting properties and reviewing reports.
• Collaborate with property managers to implement regional initiatives and optimize asset performance.
• Lead regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
• Own local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption of revised protocols.
• Oversee budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends.
