Job summary

Greystar seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio in the designated region. You will lead property teams, drive profitability, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve targets.

You will manage budgets, report results to ownership, and optimize occupancy while ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance. A real estate/Business degree and 3+ years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• 3 years minimum of relevant leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and/or Real Page) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance against goals, reviewing reports and planning actions to achieve results.
• Collaborate with property managers to meet operational, financial, and business targets.
• Lead regional teams and coordinate with support leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial targets, and present regular performance reports to ownership.
• Maintain tenant relationships, address concerns, and implement retention programs.
• Develop marketing strategies with leasing teams to optimize occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee preventative maintenance and risk management.
