Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead site operations across a portfolio, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial performance. You will manage Community Directors, oversee vendor relations, and drive occupancy and revenue growth while upholding Bedrock standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in multifamily property management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between properties. CPM is preferred and a Bachelor’s in a related field is desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years multifamily property management experience.
• CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Directors and site operations across multiple properties.
• Monitor and manage budget statements and financial performance.
• Track progress and report results to owners and leadership.
• Represent Bedrock with owners, vendors, and the community at large.
• Travel up to 25% between properties; lead and mentor teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and enforce company policies and procedures.
