Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties in the Houston area. You will direct Community Directors, manage vendor relations, drive occupancy and revenue goals, and provide financial reporting across your portfolio.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-location property management, strong leadership, and a commitment to superior resident service. Travel between properties is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years multifamily, multi-location property management experience.
• CPM preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with coaching ability.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proven leadership of teams toward goals.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Owner(s) strategy through your team.
• Understand complex financial statements and budgets.

• Represent Bedrock positively with owners, vendors, and community.
