Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multi-location property operations in the Charlotte, NC area. This role oversees Community Directors, manages vendor relationships, and drives property performance and financial results across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of multifamily management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, owners, and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties.
• Proven track record in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Experience leading property management teams across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across the portfolio and oversee Community Directors.
• Manage vendor relations and ensure property performance against goals.
• Provide financial reporting and monitor leasing performance.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and capital plans for the portfolio.
• Represent Bedrock with owners, vendors, and the community.
• Mentor and guide leaders within the team and drive accountability.
