Hines is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead property management across a multifamily portfolio, directing community managers, aligning budgets with financial goals, and implementing best practices. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and operational oversight, with frequent travel to properties.

The position emphasizes due diligence, RFP processes, and collaboration with owners, investors, and partners to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years supervisory experience in residential operations and two+ years of portfolio management.
• Experience with third-party management preferred.
• Experience in Due Diligence, RFP analysis and presentations preferred.
• Experience overseeing lease-up properties preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops annual budgets for the portfolio and monitors attainment of goals.
• Manages financial and operational performance and develops action plans.
• Leads a team of community managers and manages performance.
• Oversees staffing at each community through hiring and training.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and drives occupancy and revenue growth.
• Leads due diligence efforts and informs underwriting assumptions.
• Participates in RFP processes for new management opportunities.
• Collaborates with owners, investors, and partners to resolve escalated issues.
• Ensures properties meet standards through site and safety inspections.
• Coordinates vendor work, negotiates contracts, and tracks progress.
• Ensures portfolio operations comply with governing documents.
• Keeps systems updated and learns new industry practices.
