Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple communities, drive resident satisfaction, and manage property operations. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate budgets, and partner with the VP to execute strategic plans.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in multi-family management, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role based in our Ohio portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years as on-site Community Manager or Regional Property Manager in multi-family community.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Software experience preferred.
• Community budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, and P&L.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage on-site staff.
• Create strategic marketing plans with UVR marketing team.
• Maintain annual budget and generate reports for owners and leadership.
• Inspect properties to ensure curb appeal and operating standards.
