Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC seeks a Community Manager for one of its multifamily communities. You will welcome residents, approve leases, analyze market trends, and ensure property upkeep, staffing, and profitability while fostering a positive resident experience.

You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate with regional managers, manage budgets, and maintain social media and listing updates to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years' on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family properties.
Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; internet skills preferred.
Experience with community budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents and prospects with exceptional service.
Lead daily team check-ins and coordinate priorities.
Post and track income; maintain social media presence.
Update listings and leases; ensure move-ins meet standards.
Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports.
