Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Regional Community Manager to lead the overall performance and success of a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Fort Lauderdale area. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and customer service while mentoring onsite teams and coordinating with ownership and asset management.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in multifamily property management, with 2+ years in regional leadership, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in Yardi or RealPage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned communities.

Responsibilities
