Job summary

Blue Castle Agency (North America) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a multi-property Midwest portfolio. This remote role involves regular travel between Indianapolis, IN and St. Louis, MO while maintaining portfolio-wide standards.

You will drive budgets, occupancy and revenue goals, coach site teams, and ensure fair housing compliance. Collaborate with ownership on capital planning and develop on-site managers across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of property management experience, including multi-site responsibility.
• Experience overseeing market-rate and B/C class assets is preferred.
• Strong budgets, variance analysis, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop on-site managers.
• Willingness to travel regularly across a multi-state Midwest territory.
• Familiarity with Yardi or RealPage software.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across multiple Midwest properties.
• Support and hold accountable each site's on-site Community Manager and team.
• Review property-level budgets, financial performance, and variance across the portfolio.
• Set and monitor occupancy, leasing, and revenue goals at the portfolio level.
• Travel regularly between properties for site visits, audits, and hands-on support.
• Step in directly on underperforming assets to diagnose and fix operational issues.
• Coordinate with ownership/asset management on capital planning and portfolio strategy.
• Recruit, train, and develop on-site management talent across the portfolio.
• Ensure consistent compliance with fair housing and landlord-tenant law across all sites.
