Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Regional Manager for a remote role supported by a Columbus-area candidate. The position oversees recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Property Managers across a portfolio of multifamily assets in KY, IN, OH, and PA.

You will set budgets, monitor financial performance, approve expenditures, and lead staff with a focus on maximizing asset performance. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business, property management, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing multiple properties or 1,800+ units.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio and communities meet operational, financial, and business performance goals via inspections, reports, and action plans.
• Develop annual budgets for properties and monitor performance against budgets; coordinate with Asset Management and owners.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff; approve personnel transactions and establish communication across regions.
